GameDiva Holiday Shipping Policy
To receive your purchased items before Christmas, we advise all continental US customers to place orders no later than 5:00pm EST on December 13th for standard shipping. If you choose expedited shipping, your order should be placed before 5:00pm EST December 17th. If you order after December 17th, but before 5:00pm EST December 21st, we will try our best to ensure your order items arrived before Christmas if you choose expedited shipping, but we cannot guarantee you will receive it on time. Our experience indicates that you usually can, but there are just way too many factors that can affect the outcome, therefore we don't want to make a promise that we cannot fulfill.
NOTE: If your payment cannot be cleared by Amazon.com on time, and you place your order near the cut-off period, there is a chance your order may not arrive on time.
We can no longer guarantee standard shipping to location other than continental US Street before Christmas.

Shipping Policies
Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received. For standard shipping, the delivery will take 3 to 7 business days. For expedited shipping, delivery will take 1 to 3 business days.
Our shipping charges include a handling fee to cover the cost of packing supplies and labor.
