Shipping Policy
This year, Amazon provides a estimate holiday shipping schedule. However, due to the restriction of their system, we cannot provide 100% accurate estimate in their shipping schedule. Therefore, we strong advise our customer to follow our suggestion here:
To receive your purchased items before
Christmas, we advise all continental US customers to place orders no
later than 5:00pm EST on December 10th for standard shipping.
We will try our best to deliver your order before Christmas if you place your order before 5:00pm EST on December 15th, but please understand that we cannot guarantee the delivery. Our experience indicates that we can, but we want to give a warning ahead of time -- unlike some other merchants who just want to get your business, we actually want you to receive your order on time, too.
If you choose expedited shipping, your order should be placed
before 5:00pm EST December 17th. If you order after December 17th, but
before 5:00pm EST December 21st, we will try our best to ensure your
order items arrived before Christmas if you choose expedited shipping,
but we cannot guarantee you will receive it on time. Our experience
indicates that you usually can, but there are just way too many factors
that can affect the outcome, therefore we don't want to make a promise
that we cannot fulfill.
NOTE: If your payment cannot be cleared by Amazon.com on time,
and you place your order near the cut-off period, there is a
chance your order may not arrive on time.
ToysDiva Shipping Info
Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received. For standard shipping, the delivery will take 3 to 7 business days. For expedited shipping, delivery will take 1 to 3 business days.
Our shipping charges include a handling fee to cover the cost of packing supplies and labor.
ToysDiva Tax Information
Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with
items ordered from ToysDiva through the Amazon.com
Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items
ordered from ToysDiva may be subject to tax in certain
states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is
subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is
